I paid for a course, but I don’t have access to it.

First of all, check if you have selected the correct course on the platform. You will find that information on the top navigation bar.

If you have purchased a subscription to the General English course, choose General English. If you have purchased the Business English course, choose Business English. To change the course, click on the icon and then go to Start a New Course (if the course is not on the list).
