1. PERSONAL DATA
1.1. The personal data of Users who are natural persons within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 concerning the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 101, item. 926, as amended) are administered by the Operator.
1.2. The Users’ personal data are processed by the Operator in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 concerning the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002 concerning the provision of services by electronic means for the purpose of the provision of services by the Operator and for marketing purposes related to the operation of the Operator’s business. The User will not receive marketing and trade information, if they do not agree to it. Providing one’s personal data is voluntary.
1.3. The Operator guarantees the Users the rights resulting from the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access one’s own personal data and modify them, as well as the right to control the processing of one’s own personal data in line with the provisions of the Act.
1.4. Specifically, within the right to control the processing of one’s own personal data, the User has the right to request that the processing of their own personal data be stopped, and to object to the processing of personal data in case the Operator intends to do so for marketing purposes or to transfer personal data to a data administrator other than the Operator.
1.5. Based on the provisions of applicable law, the Users’ personal data may be made available to subjects authorized to obtain such data, including judicial authorities.
1.6. The personal data of the Users are protected by the Operator against any unauthorized access and other instances of disclosure or loss, as well as against destruction or unauthorized modification of the data and information by means of appropriate organizational, technical, and programistic security measures.

2.3. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
