As an expression, <em>to stew in your own juices<\/em> means to be left alone with your own thoughts, regrets, or problems \u2014 usually after making a mistake.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lineXp\">After making a mistake, he was left to <b>stew in his own juices<\/b>, feeling regret and frustration.<\/div>\n<div class=\"lineXp\" style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\">She decided to let her brother <b>stew in his own juices<\/b> before offering help with his project.<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Gravy train<\/h2>\n<p><em>Gravy<\/em> is a rich meat sauce that\u2019s a must on every Thanksgiving table.
